What you will do

You will join Academics London to recruit for SEN school clients and provide candidates on a temporary and permanent basis. You will work on existing warm secondary desks with full training provided. You will be responsible for finding the best possible Teachers and education staff to fill roles, in a fast-paced environment. You will work with our compliance and resourcing team to clear candidates for work and will account manage current clients while winning new ones.

Requirements

• Minimum of one year experience in any recruitment sector
• Driven and determined to work with SEN school clients
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keen eye for detail and ability to think on your feet to fill roles
