The Prospero Group is seeking driven Account Managers to join our Education Recruitment Team. You’ll manage existing accounts, build strong client relationships, and secure repeat business through excellent service and delivery.

You’ll work on a warm desk within the education sector, supported by training, clear career development, and incentives as part of a collaborative, social team culture.

Formación

• Recruitment experience is essential and desirable.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness are required.
• Motivation to achieve targets and resilience are valued.
• A degree and/or sales experience is preferred but not essential for graduates.
