An environmental organization is seeking an Education Programme Officer to deliver an exciting education programme at EcoPark House in London. The successful candidate will engage with primary and secondary students on sustainability themes, coordinate school visits, and support events like the Student Sustainability Conference. Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and a genuine interest in sustainability. This role offers a vibrant team environment with many opportunities to positively impact future generations.
Do you want to play a vital part in shaping young minds and empowering them to become environmental changemakers? As NLWA's Education Programme Officer, you will deliver our exciting, curriculum-linked education programme at our state-of-the-art facility, EcoPark House.
In this dynamic role, you will help both primary and secondary school students explore key themes such as sustainability, resource management, and the circular economy. You will also support the delivery of a range of events held at EcoPark House, such as our Student Sustainability Conference.
As the main point of contact for booking school visits at EcoPark House, you’ll also support the smooth running of school visits and events, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. You will also help ensure EcoPark House remains a welcoming, inclusive, and inspiring space for all visitors.
From time to time, you may be asked to support other activities including attending schools to deliver our In the Know programme. This role has a lot of variety, and as such, we’re looking for someone who is ready to excel in a vibrant team.
If all that sounds good, we’d love to hear from you!
