A leading education support organization in Birmingham is seeking a passionate Programme Coordinator to manage their Supported Internships Programme. You will oversee the operational delivery and ensure compliance with Ofsted and DFE standards, while leading a dedicated team to empower young people with learning disabilities. This full-time role offers a supportive environment and the chance to make a real impact on the lives of young individuals.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and self‑motivated Programme Coordinator to manage our Supported Internships Programme in the Birmingham area. This position is full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The successful candidate will lead and manage a team to deliver Supported Internships to young people in Birmingham on our DFN Project Search sites who have an Education Health and Care Plan. They will ensure that the programme is delivered to the agreed curriculum, frameworks and methodology and ensure they meet internal and external standards for quality and impact. This includes Ofsted and DFE criteria. The role would suit someone with an educational/teaching background who has experience of managing similar projects. You'll be responsible for?
