About Marydale Lodge

Marydale Lodge is Nugent's flagship service offering specialised care and education to some of the most vulnerable young people in our community. It is a 14‑bed secure children’s home that provides protection and support for young people with high‑risk behaviours, working with them to identify underlying causes and stabilise them. The service is a highly rewarding setting to work in, with a close‑knit supportive team of staff.

Education Lead Overview

The Education Lead at Marydale Lodge leads a small team of specialist teachers and support staff to offer highly personalised education to young people with complex needs. Our education provision has seen sustained improvement over recent years, and we are now looking for a highly skilled and committed leader to work with our dedicated team to consolidate this work. The education team works alongside highly specialist care and health teams to provide holistic support for young people.
