In this role, you will provide technical support, maintain hardware and software, and assist with classroom ICT. A positive attitude and strong troubleshooting skills are essential. Experience in IT support is desirable. The position offers a full-time contract, term-time only, ending at the academic year’s close.

Qualifications

• Experience in an IT support or technician role is desirable.
• Enhanced Child workforce DBS or willingness to undertake one.
• Full and complete 10-year career history.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to staff and students.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems.
• Support the setup and maintenance of classroom IT and AV equipment.
• Ensure all ICT resources are effectively managed and secure.
• Assist with upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance tasks.
