Qualifications

• 1+ years in computer networks and systems maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and applications.
• Microsoft systems administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-class IT support services to staff and pupils.
• Maintain the college's IT network, troubleshooting technical issues.
• Resolve support tickets within the service desk, ensuring in-person support.
• Install, configure, and maintain devices including PCs, tablets, and printers.
• Manage Microsoft Services like Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
• Monitor IT systems and the network for viruses and malfunctions.
