Job summary

Oasis Community Learning in London is seeking a People Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead on a wide range of HR matters across our academies. You will be a strategic partner to Principals and Department leads, driving people plans and coaching teams through change in a collaborative, unionised environment.

The role is hybrid with likely 3 days a week in academies, offering 37 hours per week and a salary circa £56,000.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling employee relations, including being first point of contact.
• Experience in a unionised environment is required.
• Experience in Education is advantageous; other sectors with similar challenges may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a wide range of HR matters for the academies you support.
• Act as strategic partner to Principals and Department leads (national functions).
• Deliver and coach on proactive HR/people solutions; drive people plans.
