Job summary

St Ralph Sherwin Catholic Multi Academy Trust is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the People Team. You will provide expert HR advice across employee relations, support Headteachers and senior leaders, and help manage safeguarding and attendance procedures.

Qualifications

• Provide expert HR advice across employee relations matters (capability, disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, safeguarding, dignity at work).
• Ensure compliance with employment law and Trust policies.
• Deliver and monitor SLA/KPIs for a high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Advise academies on employee relations across a range of cases and escalate complex matters as needed.
• Help maintain safeguarding procedures and the Single Central Record.
• Review contractual variations for accuracy and compliance.
• Build strong relationships with leaders and colleagues across the Trust.
