Permanent, Full-Time hours in a mainstream school

Salary: £83.85 - £110 Per day

Job Duties
  1. Providing support to students with medical needs within an educational setting
  2. Administering medication and assisting with medical procedures as required
  3. Monitoring and documenting students' health conditions and reporting to the appropriate staff
  4. Collaborating with teachers and healthcare professionals to ensure the well‑being of students
  5. Supporting students with personal care needs and promoting independence
Required Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Health and Social Care
  • Valid First Aid and Manual Handling certifications
  • Enhanced DBS clearance (you can apply for a new one with us if you don't have this)
Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or educational setting is desirable
Knowledge and Skills
  • Understanding of common medical conditions in children and young people
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
