Job summary

Bishop Chadwick Catholic Education Trust is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join the central finance function. You will work with Headteachers, School Business Leads and senior leaders to support budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring resources are used to maximise pupil outcomes.

The role requires experience in management accounting and budgeting, with strong analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Willingness to work with stakeholders and maintain financial governance.
• Working towards a recognised accounting qualification.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting processes across the Trust.
• Support compliance and continuous improvement in financial governance.
• Collaborate with school leaders, governors and senior staff to optimise resources.
• Provide high‑quality financial management support across our schools.
