Job summary

A healthcare organization in Cheltenham is seeking a Reception Manager/Lead for Education Facilities. This role involves day-to-day management of the Reception Team across two Education Centres, providing high-level support for training events, and ensuring Health and Safety compliance. The ideal candidate will have supervisory experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a Supervisory/Management capacity, ideally within an NHS/Medical setting.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills, evidenced in leading Reception Teams and Education Centre Training Room booking programmes.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and awareness of the Trust Education Centre Booking System.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day management of the Reception Team.
  • Offer high-level Training Room advice at both Education Centres.
  • Manage Health and Safety compliance at both sites.
  • Work flexibly across sites to provide cross-site Reception cover.
  • Support all Internal and External Training and Meeting events.
  • Deliver the Reception Manager Portfolio and inspire Receptionists.
  • Provide AV support in partnership with PGME Technologist.
