Job summary

Salutem Care and Education is seeking a Divisional Business Manager for the Education Division. The role reports to the Divisional Director and partners with regional leaders to deliver strategic and financial oversight across a national education network.

You will lead performance reviews, drive operational excellence, and manage the Education division's business managers and online provision, Chiron. The ideal candidate will blend analytical rigor with strong stakeholder engagement, multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong experience analysing complex data and producing meaningful management information.
• Experience interpreting budgets, financial reports, and profit and loss statements.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and data analysis tools.
• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, operational and financial support to the Divisional Director and senior leadership team.
• Lead performance monitoring, and contribute to divisional projects and initiatives.
• Manage a team of Business Managers and oversee Chiron, the online education provision.
• Support multi-site operations and develop effective communication processes across sites.
