Job summary

Explore Learning Bracknell is seeking an inspiring and proactive supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a thriving education centre. You’ll work closely with the Centre Manager to lead a team of Tutors and grow your centre through new member acquisition while delivering exceptional service for families.

Many Centre Managers were promoted from the Supervisor role, making it a strong path for developing a career in educational leadership.

Logistics

Location: You will be based at our centre in Bracknell full time.

Starting salary: £27,000 PA + £10000 London weighting

Contract: Full-time, permanent contract

Working Hours: a typicalweek*:

Tuesday 11am-8pm

Wednesday 11am-8pm

Thursday 11am-7pm

Friday 9am-6pm

Saturday 9am-5pm

*workinghours may varyfrom centre to centre
