Job summary

Caterlink is seeking a Development Chef to drive quality and innovation in our school meals program. You will work with operations and on-site teams, coaching and training staff while ensuring menus meet client needs and purchasing constraints.

A UK driving license and own car are required; you should be able to cook and present meals to high standards. This role supports new business and retention in education catering, with an emphasis on fresh meals and staff development, in a term-time only

Qualifications

• Proven Development Chef with experience in the education sector.
• Excellent presentation, planning and time management skills.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car; able to cook.

Responsibilities

• Focus on food quality and development with innovative ideas.
• Coach and train on-site teams; collaborate with operations and purchasing/remit.
