Job summary

SENse Learning Education Assistant role in Kidlington, UK, offers one-to-one mentoring and learning support for young people with SEND across home and community settings. You will deliver holistic support focusing on confidence, emotional regulation and life skills using our EHCP-based curriculum.

We welcome mentors from diverse backgrounds; roles are self-employed with flexible hours, in-person and hybrid sessions, and rolling interviews as applications are received.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience working with children or young people with complex needs (e.g. ASC, ADHD, SEMH, EBSA, trauma).
• Background suitable for Support Workers, LSAs, TAs, or related care/education roles.
• Enhanced DBS and 2+ professional references available or facilitated.
