SENse Learning is hiring an Education Assistant to provide one-to-one mentoring and learning support for SEND learners in home and community settings. You will follow our EHCP-based curriculum, delivering holistic sessions that build confidence, emotional regulation, and key life skills.

Collaboration with families and schools is essential for tailored support. Role offers flexible hours with in-person, hybrid, and community-based opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children or young people with complex needs (e.g. ASC, SEMH, etc).
• Ability to build confidence and support life skills alongside education.
• Knowledge of safeguarding and person-centred approaches.
• Location: UK-based with right to work; remote/online work allowed in some contexts.
