Qualifications

  • Proven experience in L&D, training coordination, or HR, ideally in manufacturing or a similar setting.

  • Design and roll out a Subject Matter Expert (SME) framework to build internal capability.

  • Manage induction and onboarding for new employees.
  • Introduce digital tools and systems to enhance training delivery and tracking.
  • Coach and develop the E&T Coordinator and act as a key partner to site leadership.

Kettering, Northamptonshire | Full-time, Monday–Friday 37.5 hours a week

About The Role

We're proud to be partnering with our client, a leading name in the food manufacturing industry, to find an experienced Education & Training Partner for their high-performing site in Kettering.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated learning and development professional to take ownership of the site's training strategy — leading the Education & Training (E&T) pillar and driving a culture of capability, compliance, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with teams across HR, Production, and Operations to deliver impactful training that develops people and supports site success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the E&T pillar and training programmes across the site.
