Overview

This is a new and exciting opportunity to lead, develop and deliver specialist training to the team of a highly specialist chemotherapy aseptic preparation and dispensing unit. You will be responsible for managing, developing and delivering training policies within aseptic services – chemotherapy preparation & dispensing unit, in alignment with local and national directives.

Responsibilities
  • Management, development and delivery of training policies within aseptic services – chemotherapy preparation & dispensing unit.
  • Maintaining departmental training and re‑accreditation records.
  • Staff development within aseptic services.
  • Development of training policies and procedures in alignment with local and national directives.
  • Deliver training and mentoring to a wide range of staff in aseptic services.
Qualifications
  • NVQ / SMT qualification.
  • Extensive experience, competence and specialist knowledge working in aseptic services preparation or manufacturing units.
  • Extensive and appropriate experience delivering training and mentoring.
