A healthcare organisation in the UK is seeking a Training Lead for its chemotherapy aseptic preparation unit. The role involves managing and delivering training policies, as well as mentoring staff. Ideal candidates will have extensive experience in aseptic services and an NVQ/SMT qualification. Join us to support and develop staff in this vital healthcare service.
This is a new and exciting opportunity to lead, develop and deliver specialist training to the team of a highly specialist chemotherapy aseptic preparation and dispensing unit. You will be responsible for managing, developing and delivering training policies within aseptic services – chemotherapy preparation & dispensing unit, in alignment with local and national directives.
