Role Overview

The School Performance and Participation Support Service has longstanding relationships with Wandsworth’s family of high‑performing schools yet remains outward‑facing and open to new opportunities and challenges. You will work alongside a friendly and committed team of school improvement specialists, including link advisors, who are collaborative, aspirational and solution‑focused. As the Education Advisory Service Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of the school improvement framework in relation to school provision in Wandsworth, building on effective partnerships with schools and supporting the strategic implementation of the Wandsworth school improvement policies. You will also have responsibility for monitoring inspection outcomes and overall performance and will be the strategic lead for primary assessment and moderation.
