Location:Based in Wales, with flexibility for online and in-person engagement across regions.

Salary:£50,000 to £55,000 per annum

Hours:Full-Time, 37 hours per week

STEM Learning is seeking two passionate and strategic Advisors to lead engagement and deliver high-quality professional learning that supports the integration of computing and digital skills across the Curriculum for Wales.

The Role

As a STEM Learning Education Advisor, you will:

• Develop and align professional learning courses with the Curriculum for Wales and the Digital Competence Framework.
• Build and support teacher communities through network meetings and the STEM Community platform.
• Gather and analyse feedback to continuously improve course offerings.
• Liaise with stakeholders including delivery partners, schools, See Science, and local authorities.
• Champion equity and inclusion by ensuring bilingual delivery and support for Welsh-medium practitioners.
