£25,000 - £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience and QTS)

Quality sits at the heart of everything we do. Our Education Advisors play a vital role in ensuring learners are supported, tutors are developed, and our service consistently meets the highest standards.
As an Education Advisor, you will be a key member of our Education Quality team, acting as the first line of quality assurance across our tuition provision.
Working closely with tutors, internal teams and senior stakeholders, you will support attendance, engagement and learner progress, while ensuring our tutors feel supported, developed and valued. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of home working and time based from our Farnborough office.
This role would suit someone who enjoys balancing quality, people support and process, and who takes pride in delivering a calm, professional and reliable service.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in education and a passion for making a difference. You will be confident working independently, highly organised, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Customer service experience is welcome but not essential - what matters most is your professionalism, organisation and commitment to quality.
