Based in Wiltshire, this part‑time role offers a positive, can‑do environment focused on delivering high‑quality education for children and young people. DBS checks will be required as part of safeguarding for the role.

Job description

The working hours for this role are expected to be35 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. The start date for this role is as soon as possible. This advert is scheduled to close at 09:00 on Tuesday, 29 September 2026.

EQUA Mead Learning Trust is looking for an organised, proactive Administrator to support the Trust’s Early Years Stronger Practice Hub and School Improvement teams. You will play a key role in coordinating CPD events, managing communications, preparing resources and keeping our digital platforms up to date.

This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, confidence using IT, and the ability to plan and prioritise effectively. You’ll enjoy working with colleagues across schools and early years settings, bringing a positive, can‑do attitude and a commitment to making a difference for children and young people. This role will involve contact with children, and the post holder will be engaged in regulated activity relevant to children and will be subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check before appointment is confirmed.
