The scope of responsibilities for this position is broad and encompasses supporting schools with their use of EdTech and STEM across various stages of implementation levels of adoption and pathways. However some key responsibilities are listed below :

Responsibilities

• Deliver Computing / EdTech and / or STEM workshops for school pupils.
• Contribute to the generation and delivery of our on-going webinar CPD offer for staff within the schools we support.
• Communicate and engage with students teachers and parents to keep them informed about digital technology updates and opportunities.
• Conduct training and development sessions for school staff members at all levels within our supported schools.
• Lead or co-lead public-facing events such as those for Computing & IT Subject Leaders Senior Leaders and Governors.
• Actively research and explore ways of enhancing teaching and learning through technology.
• Collaborate closely across the education team to integrate technology adoption into supported schools.
• Offer consultancy and strategic guidance to schools on implementing educational technology and cloud computing tailored to their unique needs and preferences.
• Support in the running of technology focused holiday provision.

Shortlisted candidates will take part in an in-person interview teaching a session of which focus content will be confirmed upon shortlisting followed by an interview. Interviews will take place at one of our supported schools and involve a member of their senior leadership team. Appointments are subject to a DBS check and suitable references.
