Wildfire Books, the boutique imprint of Headline Publishing Group, is hiring an Editorial Director for non-fiction. Based in London or Sheffield, the role blends in-office and homeworking, with three days at the office and two at home, to lead the non-fiction publishing list, commission titles and guide strategic development.

Reporting to the Publishing Director, you will spot trends, develop ideas, build external connections and manage a small, collaborative team to deliver ambitious

Formación

• Several years of publishing experience.
• Strong acquiring track record and editing skills.
• Ability to lead strategic direction of non-fiction list.

Responsabilidades

• Lead non-fiction publishing on the Wildfire list, commissioning and publishing unmissable titles.
• Develop external connections and market insights.
• Collaborate with the publishing team on strategic development.
