A leading media organisation in London is seeking an editorial administrator to support a team of editors and reporters. The role involves organizing travel, managing itineraries, and facilitating team communications. Ideal candidates should have administration experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment and an interest in the fashion industry. This is a hybrid role with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

We are looking for an editorial administrator to provide administrative and logistical support to a team of editors, reporters and writers.
Although primarily you’ll be supporting the Fashion desk you will also be part of a wider administration team and may be required to support other editorial features teams from time to time. You will enjoy being the go‑to colleague for your team.
This is a 4 day per week 12 month fixed‑term contract.

This is a hybrid role alternating between 2 office days one week and 3 office days the next.

You’ll have 6 weeks of annual leave per year (pro‑rata plus bank holidays). Our pension scheme is generous; if you contribute 5% then we will contribute 8–12% (depending on your age).
