Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Lead Catering Insights editorial content across digital, social, video, print, and events.
  • Plan, write, edit, and commission content toward an editorial calendar.
  • Drive audience growth across Catering Insights digital and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with Editors on sister titles to identify new content opportunities.
  • Compile weekly reports on content performance using analytics tools.
  • Work with a central events department to deliver exceptional annual Awards.
  • Support the Editorial Director and act as an ambassador for the brand.

Overview

Catering Insight the F&B supply industry's go-to source for news, features, analysis and trends in the UK is looking for an energetic, ambitious Editor. The ideal candidate will lead its market-leading digital, print and social content, driving audience growth and contributing to its seasonal calendar of live events. You should be passionate about connecting with new communities dialled into tech innovations and bursting with big ideas that deliver value to Catering Insights' loyal and discerning audience and the brand.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Catering Insights editorial content across digital, social, video, print and events.
  • Plan, write, edit and commission content towards an editorial calendar ensuring daily, weekly and monthly content goals and targets are met.
  • Drive and deliver audience growth across Catering Insights digital and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with Editors on sister titles including Foodservice Equipment Journal to identify new content opportunities across brands.
  • Use ITP UKs analytics tools to compile weekly reports on content performance, identifying trends/patterns and using insights to inform future content strategy.
  • Work with a central events department to deliver exceptional annual Awards properties and ad-hoc events across the UK; identify new activations that add value to our brand's audience and clients.
  • Support the Editorial Director by acting as an ambassador for ITP UK externally by establishing strong relationships in the industry and internally by developing a strong reputation for project management and collaboration.
  • Support Catering Insights commercial team by collaborating on projects that assist with revenue growth.
  • Occasionally attend events outside of office hours.

Experience & Qualifications
