Our Client, a well Established Medical College and Membership Association is entering an important period of cultural and organisational development. We are seeking a skilled and credible Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging (EDIB) Business Partner to help strengthen our approach to equality and belonging, ensuring these principles are embedded across our people practices, policies, and everyday working life.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Human Resources, the EDIB Business Partner will act as the College's specialist adviser on equity, diversity, inclusion, and belonging - supporting the delivery of our inclusion strategy and action plan. Working collaboratively across departments, you'll help to translate strategic ambitions into practical, sustainable improvements that build confidence, capability, and consistency across the organisation.
You’ll bring solid HR experience and a strong understanding of employment legislation, ideally underpinned by a CIPD qualification or equivalent. You should have demonstrable experience in advancing EDIB initiatives within an HR context‑ideally in the charity, public, or education sectors‑and the ability to interpret the Equality Act 2010 in practical, proportionate ways.
You’ll be confident communicating and influencing at all levels, with the ability to challenge constructively and propose positive, workable solutions.
