Job summary

Midlothian Council is seeking a CLLE Worker (Edge of Care) based at Eskdaill Court. The post is 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday with evenings and occasional weekends. It is a fixed term contract until 30/09/2027, with a minimum salary of £40,500.03 per annum.

Applicants must meet regulatory requirements, including PVG Scheme membership for Regulated Work with Children, and provide eligibility checks as required. Salary is paid on the first point of the scale.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering communities and lifelong learning programmes.
• Experience supervising volunteers and/or staff.
• One or more qualification at SCQF Level 8 (or higher) or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Experience planning community learning interventions or development projects.
