Job summary

Archangel Autonomy seeks an Embedded Software Engineer to design and prototype software for advanced embedded devices in Oxford. You'll work in a dynamic team to develop solutions that enhance operational efficiency across various sectors, including law enforcement and NGOs.

Ideal candidates will have a degree in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science, excellent C/C++ skills, and an understanding of Linux. Enjoy a collaborative environment that fosters innovation and offers various perks such as a relocation package and team socials.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering functioning commercial embedded software.
• Able to travel UK and abroad up to 10% for tests.
• Understanding of interfaces like SPI, UART, and USB.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test software for edge compute devices.
• Capture requirements and integrate software into various components.
• Rapidly prototype PCBs and research new microcontrollers.
