My client within the construction industry is looking to recruit and expand their existing Customer Service Advisor team. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for all customers.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
  1. Providing excellent customer service to clients via phone and email, offering suitable options.
  2. Processing client orders and following up with confirmation emails containing relevant information.
  3. Providing suitable delivery times and dates, considering other scheduled deliveries.
  4. Ensuring attention to detail when inputting information into the system and uploading documents.
  5. Ordering stock for client needs through external sources and adding costs to billing.
  6. Working effectively under pressure and maintaining composure.
Requirements:
  • Experience in delivering customer service via phone and email.
  • IT proficiency with different systems.
  • Outgoing personality with positive attitude.
  • Driving license required due to location.
