We are looking for confident and career-driven graduates to join our expanding Glasgow office as recruitment consultants!

What will I be doing?
  1. Candidate Side: Source and screen candidates through various channels, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  2. Client Side: Build and maintain strong client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide regular updates.
  3. Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks for effective recruitment.
  4. Negotiation and Offer Management: Facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  5. Administration and Compliance: Manage administrative tasks, documentation, and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
