Job description

Support the leading and innovative company in their search for a skilled and experienced Warehouse Manager to work alongside the existing management team at our Coleraine-based meat processing plant.

Key Responsibilities – Warehouse Manager

1. Manage production: produce production sheets and maintain stock levels.
2. Uphold product quality and achieve yield targets.
3. Communicate job expectations and coach employees.
4. Identify areas for improvement and establish or adjust work procedures.
5. Coordinate with the production manager regarding issues.
6. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
7. Comply with DARD, Beef labelling, and Environmental health regulations.
8. Oversee packing and labelling of meat.
9. Manage picking and preparation of orders.
10. Prepare stock for production.
11. Adhere to all health & safety regulations.
12. Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 2pm – 10:45pm.

Qualifications & Requirements – Warehouse Manager

1. Effective supervisory skills and techniques.
2. Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Flexibility to changing priorities.
5. Experience in a food production environment.
6. Knowledge of food hygiene standards.
