Qualifications

  • Experience and knowledge of the education and youth mentoring sectors.

  • Competent IT skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and quality assure the Alternative Learning Provision.
  • Manage and support delivery staff on pastoral and safeguarding matters.
  • Build relationships with schools and local authorities.
  • Manage programme budget to ensure sustainability.
