Job summary

Elite Supply Services recruits Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for flexible work with a network of schools across Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire. Roles include daily supply, short-term and long-term placements, with competitive pay and ongoing consultant support to help build your teaching career.

Ideal candidates hold QTS or will achieve QTS before September 2026, and possess excellent classroom management, communication skills, adaptability, and a genuine passion for inspiring pupils.
