Job summary

Vision for Education Ltd is seeking an Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a Year 4 class in Coventry. Start: September 2026. Full-time, 1-year contract with potential for permanent.

The role involves delivering the full curriculum, planning, assessing and marking, and maintaining strong classroom management to support a positive learning environment. QTS or current pursuit of QTS required, with relevant KS2/KS1/EYFS knowledge.

Qualifications

• QTS or actively working towards QTS is required.
• Recent teaching experience in a primary school is essential.
• Strong classroom-management and proactive attitude are important.
• Knowledge of EYFS/KS1/KS2 curriculum is expected.
• Ability to work confidentially and contribute to safeguarding.
• References covering last two years of education and employment are required.
