Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Capital Modelling Actuarial Analyst to join the Economic Capital team in London. You will help deliver the ECM, maintain model documentation, and ensure regulatory compliance within a dynamic health insurer environment.

You will work on ECA deliveries, ORSA reports, stress testing, and capital risk analytics, collaborating with actuarial, risk and finance colleagues while developing your Solvency II expertise and models such as ReMetrica.

Qualifications

• Part-qualified actuary with progress through actuarial exams.
• Experience in general, life and health insurance or consultancy.
• Significant modelling and regulatory reporting experience.
• Strong knowledge of Solvency II and capital modelling requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for Executives and Boards.
• Attention to data integrity and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Support Economic Capital delivery and governance.
• Assist ECM development, data quality controls and regulatory compliance.
• Produce ECA results for ORSA, stress tests to executives and Boards.
• Maintain model documentation and tool controls.
• Assist capital requirements reporting to Executive, Board and PRA.
