A leading UK retail chain is seeking an eCommerce Trading Lead for the No7 category. You will manage daily trading on Boots.com, driving growth and optimizing customer engagement. The ideal candidate has experience in eCommerce or retail, strong analytical skills, and excellent stakeholder management. As an eCommerce Trading Lead for the No7 category, you will be part of the wider Beauty eCommerce trading team, responsible for day‑to‑day trade of our fast‑paced No7 category and how our brands show up on boots.com, to achieve stretching growth targets.
This role requires regular working outside normal office hours. This typically involves working from 5am one or two times a month and occasional overnight working (e.g., for major launches). In general, you will be expected to be flexible with your working hours to meet business and customer needs.
