Our Client is an industry-leading entertainment business and is looking for an Ecommerce Executive to support their SVP Commercial and Ecommerce to drive Ecommerce revenue and improve the overall digital experience of their customers.

In this fantastic new role you will be driving ecommerce KPIs including conversion rates, organic traffic, and frequency. You will work with Customer Support to analyse and work on feedback, improve the customer journey, and assist with the company's digital transformation efforts. Along with this, you will manage the demand process from Marketing, Operations, Commercial and other stakeholders.

Ideally, you will have experience in driving conversion, improving the customer journey, and using tools such as Google Analytics. You will have experience with large-scale B2C websites and an understanding of techniques used to drive conversion.
