Overview

The eCommerce Associate Key Account Manager will manage and support the Amazon Burt’s Bees Joint Business Plan (JBP), execute brand and demand creation plans, and update regular digital shelf content, drive strong promotional plans & analysis. Collaborating with the eCommerce lead, brand teams, and Sales Planning to implement new product development (NPD) initiatives. Plan and launch Amazon merchandising and content updates, track performance and recommend improvements, manage inventory planning, forecasting, and process Amazon invoices through Concur. Additionally, the role supports Ever Clean Amazon digital shelf updates working closely with the Ever‑Clean eCommerce Sales Manager. 80% Account Management for Burt’s Bees; 90%/10% Ever Clean support. Lead relationship of Amazon AVS to drive growth, lead inventory and forecasting for Amazon BB, manage BB RR budget, and oversee new product development submissions to Vendor Central. Update digital shelf product detail pages with refreshed content and collaborate with internal teams for operational supply performance. Support Amazon Ever Clean activation plans, focusing on PDP maintenance and NLFs.

Qualifications
  • Proven record managing accounts and setting clear demand creation plans, and preparing account level JBP’s.
  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Zooplus, and Ocado retailer portals.
  • Strong background in inventory management and stock forecasting.
  • Successfully managed/control brand reduced revenue budgets.
  • Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint creation and editing.
  • Confident using analytics tools such as Power BI and retail dashboards.
  • Familiarity with digital shelf tools such as Profitero and e.store.
  • Knowledge of Canva or similar online graphic design platform.
  • Basic content editing experience.
  • Knowledge and experience of Concur invoice processing or similar platform.
  • 1–2+ years of omni account management (offline/distributor & online) in consumer goods, beauty, pet care, or similar FMCG categories.
  • Experience negotiating JBP/yearly investment plans.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
