This role requires a degree in ecology or environmental science and extensive senior consultancy leadership experience.
Strong track record in building high‑performing teams and driving business performance.
Excellent understanding of UK planning policy and environmental legislation, with CIEEM membership.

Responsibilities

Act as technical authority for Ecology across the business.
Lead on complex EcIA, HRA and BNG assessments.
Develop regional growth plans and lead ecological teams to deliver projects.
Support business development through technical leadership and client engagement.
Represent Lanpro at conferences and industry forums.
