Qualifications

• An appropriate academic qualification and/or experience in a related discipline.
• Membership of CIEEM (or working towards it).
• Professional experience within ecological consultancy or a regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Planning and undertaking ecology surveys, including protected species surveys.
• Preparation of ecological deliverables like management plans and BNG assessments.
• Client liaison and project management.

Communication skills

Understanding of BNG principles

Familiarity with digital data collection tools

Education

Relevant academic qualification in ecology
