Job summary

Northampton-based Your World is seeking a qualified Echocardiographer for a locum assignment from 12/11/2026 to 20/12/2026. The role offers £40–£50 per hour PAYE, with pay dependent on qualifications, experience and training.

You will scan and report echocardiograms, have a Clinical Physiology Degree, and ideally hold BSE accreditation. The position involves face-to-face patient interaction, strong communication, and comfort with latest imaging technology.

Qualifications

• Clinical physiology expertise and echocardiography reporting.
• BSE accreditation preferred where available.

Responsibilities

• Stay current with latest imaging technologies and techniques.
• Communicate effectively with patients and staff.
• Operate echocardiography machines and accurately record data.

Echocardiographer Requirements

Clinical Physiology Degree

Experience scanning and reporting echocardiograms

BSE accreditation is preferred (equivalents are recognised)

Eligibility to work in the UK

The Role

Confident operating machines and can record data accurately

Working face-to-face with patients from various backgrounds
