Following a successful pilot in Barnet, ELSEC is now expanding to Enfield. The programme focuses on children accessing the Universal Offer in mainstream schools and introduces a new model where SLTAs deliver universal, targeted, and specialist support directly to schools under the supervision of a Speech and Language Therapist. The goal is to build school staff confidence and capacity to sustain language development during and beyond the programme.

  • Support children with SLCN through universal and targeted strategies.
  • Assist in training school staff to embed communication support in everyday practice.

  • Collaborate with education and health professionals to ensure high‑quality, child‑centred support.
