We are working with a market-leading, global company that manufactures and sells fire-classified façade and surface protection products across the UK and Europe.
The company has a well-known and established brand based on quality and innovation. Their diverse range of products is used on major commercial, residential, leisure, mixed-use, and light industrial schemes across Europe, and is specified by major architects and engineering consultants.
As part of their growth plan, the board is looking to enhance their senior management team with an experienced Sales Director, who has UK construction sector sales experience, to focus on sales in the UK and Ireland.
This strategic sales role reports directly to the board. The Sales Director will lead functions including new business development, client development, specification sales, and account management.
Based at the company's headquarters in Worcestershire, the Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy supporting the company's ambitious growth plans. This includes developing a high-performing sales team, driving customer acquisition and retention, and expanding into new markets while maintaining the company's strong brand reputation.
The successful candidate will receive an attractive basic salary ranging between £90k-£125k+ (negotiable DOE), 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, contributory pension, quarterly company bonus (up to 25% of salary), a company car or car allowance, and excellent long-term career prospects.
