Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in heavy process industries.
• Experience with electrical systems and instrumentation.
• IOSH or NEBOSH certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-planned and reactive maintenance on power station assets.
• Fault find and maintain electrical systems, motors, and instrumentation.
• Supervise 3rd party contractors and coordinate outage planning.

Skills

Hands-on maintenance experience with motors

Knowledge of switchgear

Instrumentation knowledge (flow, level, pressure)

Control systems experience (SCADA, DCS, PLC)

Experience with High-Voltage equipment

Education

Electrical / C&I apprenticeship

NVQ / ONC / HNC in relevant engineering discipline
