Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is hiring an Electrical Maintenance Engineer / EC&I Engineer (PLC Training) for a factory-based role commutable from Scunthorpe and surrounding towns. The role offers days-based hours, a salary of £42,000–£45,500, and a clear path to technical progression.

You will maintain a variety of machines, receive extensive technical training, and have opportunities for overtime at 1.5x, with 20 days holiday and life insurance.

Qualifications

• General maintenance of a variety of machines including preventive and reactive maintenance.
• Days based role Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm.
• Extensive technical training via in-house and external manufacturers.
• Team-based manufacturing environment with structured training plans.
• Willingness to progress toward dual-skilled engineer / supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• General Maintenance of a variety of machines including PPM and RM maintenance.
• Days based role Monday - Friday 7.30am - 4pm
• Lots of technical training via in house and external manufacturers
• Working within a manufacturing facility with a team that offers 6 monthly training plans
