Are you ready to lead the operational engine of a world‑class research institute? The Energy & Bioproducts Research Institute (EBRI) is seeking a proactive and strategic Institute Manager to help deliver our ambitious research agenda.
In this pivotal role, you will work alongside the Academic Directors to bring EBRI’s research strategy to life—creating the systems, culture, and support structures that enable innovation and impact. You’ll lead the operational planning and performance tracking that underpin our success, while fostering a collaborative environment where researchers and staff can thrive.
As the autonomous operational lead, you’ll be the vital bridge between academic and professional services teams, managing day‑to‑day operations and long‑term planning. You’ll also build and lead a high‑performing team, ensuring that EBRI continues to grow as a dynamic, interdisciplinary hub for sustainable energy and bioproducts research.
