Job Description

HAIL Partners are looking for a talented, dynamic Office Manager to join a family office in London. This position will be running the London office in a standalone capacity. This position will suit someone who enjoys a busy, varied role, and wants to bring their creativity to the team.

  • Greet and welcome guests
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
  • Ensure reception area and meeting rooms are tidy, with all necessary stationary and materials in place
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk
  • Update meeting room calendars and schedule meetings
  • Creating an events committee
  • Arrange travel and accommodations

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least 4 years in an Office Manager position
  • Comfortable running an office independently
  • Hands on experience with office equipment - creating VC meetings, printing, scanning etc
  • Has a creative eye for an office refurb
