Are you a passionate Commercial Litigation Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? We are currently working with a respected and forward-thinking law firm to recruit an ambitious Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join their highly regarded and growing team.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Commercial Litigation Solicitor with a minimum of 2years’ PQE to join a busy, dynamic, and expanding Commercial Litigation department. You’ll handle a diverse caseload of high-quality commercial litigation matters, while also supporting senior solicitors on complex, high-value disputes.

Working closely with the Partner/Head of Department, you will play a vital role in delivering an efficient, well-organised service to clients while further developing your technical and tactical litigation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters

Assist senior team members on larger, more complex cases

Provide commercially focused legal advice to clients on risks, prospects, and costs throughout their matters

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive and high-quality service

Collaborate with other departments including Real Estate, Corporate and Finance to provide integrated solutions

Maintain meticulous records and effectively manage deadlines within a fast-paced environment

Demonstrate a tenacious and results-driven approach to litigation

Positively engage in business development and networking opportunities

Maintain high standards of client care and service delivery

About You:

A qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in commercial litigation

Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness

Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management skills

Diligent with exceptional attention to detail

Enthusiastic about client care and contributing to team success

Comfortable managing your own caseload while assisting on larger matters
